This document describes which cookies and similar technologies we use on the useaxon.io website, in the panel.useaxon.io panel and in the Axon application.
The legal basis for the use of cookies and similar technologies is Article 399 of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Polish Electronic Communications Law (PKE), and, to the extent that such information constitutes personal data or leads to its processing, also the GDPR.
We install files necessary for the operation of the website without asking – without them the website and the application will not work. We install all others only after you have given your consent in the consent window. No analytics tool is launched before your decision. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and refusing is as easy as giving consent – both decisions are available at the same level of the window.
You can change your settings in the consent window or via the "Cookies" link in the footer.
For users in Poland, the rules for storing information in the terminal equipment and gaining access to it result in particular from Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (PKE). We launch technologies that are not required for transmission or strictly necessary to provide the requested service only after obtaining valid consent.
Always installed. They do not require consent, as they serve solely to provide the service requested by the user.

Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the panel and the application. We also do not keep server access logs, so we do not record the IP addresses of persons using the application. We do not analyse the behaviour of sales representatives or customers.
The application communicates directly with your company's Shopware instance and with the infrastructure necessary to run it.

All these elements are necessary for the operation of the application and do not require consent.
Interface settings – column layout, number of items per page, scrolling mode – are saved in your company's Shopware instance and not on our side.
On our website: the consent window, also accessible via the "Cookies" link in the footer. There you can change or withdraw your decision at any time.
In the browser: every browser allows you to block and delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking necessary files will prevent you from using the panel and the application.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
We update the policy when the tools we use change. The date of the last update is given at the beginning of the document.
