Yes. Axon is a sales-rep layer on top of Shopware 6. It will not work without a Shopware instance. That is by design — we do not want a second source of truth.

Shopware 6.7 and newer, on SaaS, PaaS, or self-hosted. Quotes require SWAG Commercial (QuoteManagement, from the Evolve plan upward). B2B tabs on the customer card require the Shopware B2B module.

No new tables or extensions in the Shopware database. Axon reads and writes through the standard Admin API and Store API. User preferences are stored in Shopware’s existing user-config entity.

Axon keeps a local cache of essential data on the device, so catalogue search stays instant when your bars drop. Write operations (editing a quote, adding a line) need the network; when the signal blips out, those edits are queued and automatically retried when connectivity returns. Axon is not designed for fully-offline operation — the sweet spot is weak, slow, or intermittent connectivity.

It runs on a phone screen but is not optimised for it yet. Today Axon is built for tablets and desktops. The phone-optimised layout is Stage 5 on the roadmap.

EAN-13, EAN-8 and Code 128 via the camera. External Bluetooth or USB scanners also work without any configuration — they behave as a keyboard.

Yes — Polish, English, and German are shipped. Adding more languages is a translation-only job; contact us if you need another.

All business data stays in your Shopware instance. Axon stores session cookies in the browser and a short-lived local cache of essential data on the device. Customer cache holds no sensitive data and clears on logout.

Standard Shopware OAuth2 (password grant) for Admin API, standard sw-access-key for Store API. Access tokens live in cookies with sameSite=lax and are auto-refreshed before expiry. Sessions last 24 hours; a lapse does not log the rep out — it shows a re-login dialog over the current screen.

Inside the Axon sales app: no. The app talks only to your Shopware endpoint — no analytics relay, no external telemetry, no rep or customer tracking. (This marketing site at useaxon.io is separate and uses opt-in analytics; see the cookie banner.)

We sign a DPA with every paying customer. Personal data is processed exclusively within the EEA.

For a standard Shopware SaaS: under a day. Connect the instance, invite reps, distribute the install link. For PaaS/self-hosted with custom modifications: usually one to two weeks for integration testing.
